First Entry (05.14.2005 - 1:54 am) Diaryland! It's like Xanga or BlogSpot, only you can make it look infinitely prettier. And in the end, isn't being pretty what it's all about? At any rate, this is the new site for all of my pointless rantings and random existentialist blurbs... Hopefully this'll help my college friends to keep track of what I'm up to during the summer (since a couple have been asking already). Well, that, and it's just fun to randomly write about nothing out of boredom. Things have been fine in my first week back from college. I got unpacked, got my computer set up, and have been frantically downloading everything from anime to old episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess. I've also been looking for a job and catching up with some of my old friends here in Dublin. So good to know that these people are still around for me, even after a year of my absence from their lives. I'm going to be having a lot of fun randomly running around with Boing, Lisa, Kate, Sarah, Devin, and all the rest of the kids over the next long while. I kept thinking that I'd be all alone here in Dublin over the summer, but I obviously forgot about all the hilarious and amazing people I left behind when I set off for college last August. Now I'm excited about summer. Four months left until the triumphant return... Let the summer begin! |
